Develop a Strategic Marketing & Communications Action Plan in JUST 5 WEEKS.
Be supported to develop your marketing and communications plan for 2024, from the week commencing Monday 5 February, 2024.
This practical strategy program, working together or ‘jamming’ with other passionate participants, is for sole traders, micro businesses and start-ups only. Local Shops, Online Stores, Health Professionals, NGOS, Performers, Artists, Musicians and more are all welcome.
The 5 week Online Strategy Jam will include the following:
- a strategic action plan template, with a focus on marketing and communications
- a range of traditional and digital media tactics to consider
- 5 x 2 hour guided, practical small online group workshops (1 per week)
- plenty of feedback along the way
- 2 hours of post-program support
- some insider ‘how to’ tips on social media, SEO, media release writing, email writing, blog writing, event management, Canva
Your choice of Wednesdays 6-8pm AEST (7-9pm AEDT) or Sundays 4-6pm AEST (5-7pm AEDT). You will need to dedicate 2-4 hours per week outside of the workshops to complete your Action Plan.
I do not do your strategy for you. Instead, I give you the guidance, tools and tips you need to develop your own strategy, the know-how to implement your own tactics, oodles of practical feedback and all kinds of spirited support. By the end of the 5 weeks you will have a marketing and communications action plan ready to implement.

About your facilitator
Your Strategic Planning facilitator Elissa Jenkins has a 26 year career in media, marketing, communications and management; three degrees including a Master of Arts (Social Science); a collection of awards; a bunch of life experience; and many practical skills to share.
Elissa has worked for a multinational media corporation, in the non-profit sector, in the renewable energy sector, in global ecommerce and has supported small to medium businesses, social enterprises and arts practices to flourish.
As well as her longstanding career in marketing and communications, Elissa is a producer, puppeteer and performer at Larrikin Puppets – an award-winning puppetry arts business that achieved an incredible $100,000 in sales in 2022-2023.
